0th Principle:
Do No Harm
(Primum non nocere)
Ensure that every experience crafted is safe and respectful to all participants. Prioritize the well-being and consent of individuals above all else. Avoid causing physical, emotional, or psychological harm through mindful design and execution.
1st Principle: Flow
Create experiences that fully immerse participants, allowing them to be deeply engaged. Balance challenge and skill levels to maintain interest without causing frustration or boredom. Facilitate progression where individuals lose track of time due to their involvement.
2nd Principle:
Journey
Guide participants through a meaningful process with a clear beginning, middle, and end. Design narratives that lead to personal or collective growth and understanding. Incorporate elements that evoke emotions and foster connections throughout the experience.
3rd Principle:
Transformation
Aim for lasting impact that leads to personal growth or positive change. Encourage reflection and insight, enabling participants to apply learnings beyond the experience. Facilitate shifts in perspective, behavior, or understanding that enhance well-being.
4th Principle: Facilitation
Act as a guide who supports and empowers participants throughout the experience. Provide a safe and inclusive environment that encourages engagement and participation. Adapt to the needs of participants, offering assistance while allowing autonomy.
